What is your return/exchange policy?

Unworn, clean items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. You are responsible for cost of shipping. Returns and exchanges should be shipped to:

When you return your item, please email RYBANDSCO@gmail.com and include your order number, as well as reason for return or exchange.

Custom order sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my order ship/be ready for pick-up?

Orders will be sent out as soon possible, however please be aware that they can take up to three days after purchase is made to ship/be ready for pick-up. RY BANDS by RPJ is a small business and all products are handmade. They are worth the wait!

How do I arrange my pick-up?

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please provide 48-hour notice ahead of planned pick-up day, as well as what time of day. Please either email RYBANDSCO@gmail.com or call Ryan at 202-316-3254 to arrange pick-up.
